Quotes are stored messages from a user. The quotes can be accessed at a later time through chat commands or on the user page.

!quote: Returns a random quote

!quote add USER QUOTE: Adds a quote to a specific user.

!quote new USER QUOTE: Adds a quote to a specific user.

!quote del USER QUOTEID: Removed a quote.

!quote delete USER QUOTEID: Removed a quote.

!quote remove USER QUOTEID: Removed a quote.

Quotes are stored on the user page. You can view all the quotes at once or per user. This feature will undergo many changes as the bot progresses.
